Do you think you know everything there is to know about getting articles published? Is there something about the publication process that has always puzzled you? Join our workshop on publishing scientific articles!
The editors of Nordic Studies on Alcohol and Drugs (NAD) will answer your questions and give you a glimpse behind the curtain of the review process by working with real examples. The workshop will deal with issues such as choosing a suitable journal, assigning authorship, good citation practices, ethics, as well as responding to reviewer and editor comments. The workshop is open for anyone, but will be especially useful for PhD students.
The workshop is free of charge and will be held 30 August at 9:00-12:00 at Hotel Rantapuisto, Ramsinniementie 16, Helsinki by the editors of NAD Kerstin Stenius (editor-in-chief) and Tom Kettunen (editor).
Sign up by e-mailing no later than 20 August!
The workshop is a side event at the Nordic Alcohol and Drug Researchers' Assembly (NADRA)
