The main conference room seats 140 people. These seats will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. 40 seats will be reserved for French speaking participants, as the interpretation is in the main room only. From application 140 and on, registrants will attend plenary lectures in a secondary room into which the lectures will be transmitted by video.
The international seats for the main conference room are now fully booked. This means that you currently register for the secondary room. Please note that this arrangement is only for the plenary speeches. For the workshops etc., we have plenty of room for all.
